Scam from the third party seller
The third party seller, tried to sell me a laptop in "excellent" condition. Laptop came with a skin coving blemishes and permanent marker writing. Best buy offered an option to return and purchase from a different vendor but they don't have any other ones. I hope they stop using this vendor

NOT EXCELLENT - 2 BATTERIES NOT LISTED
This says it's in excellent condition. Then, why doesn't the battery charge? Come to find out, there are 2 batteries in this system. One doesn't the charge and the other one is now dying
