Bought an open box - excellent version and it was caked with food and nasties when I got it. Has issues with Bluetooth and the GPU. Maybe I got a lemon, but the Bluetooth lags for 3-5 seconds when I'm typing to when the letters appear on the screen. Same issue for the mouse. It's not all the time, but enough to be annoying. Maybe the Bluetooth chip is going to sleep or something? Idk. The GPU also seems to be failing. Computer just crashes to a black screen and restarts randomly any time it wants, not even under any load on the GPU. I will just return it. Not worth 2400 dollars for it to be broken.
