Very easy to use. It even tells you on the display how to set the clock! It looks smaller than it really is & runs super quiet too.My husband has no problems with accidentally pressing the wrong button because they are a tiny bit bigger than others we looked at and have a small gap inbetween each one. It reminds me of the 80's GE Spacesaver II.

This microwave has performed flawlessly since I installed it. It looks good in the kitchen above the oven and the black stainless finish resists finger prints quite well. Plenty of heating power compared to our old 700 Watt unit. There are plenty of options to cook common food items and one can apply numerous cooking tricks by using the touch pads thoughtfully. The More/Less pad really is handy and the EZ On pad stacks 30 second intervals. This makes it easy to punch in 90 seconds of cook time without having to press multiple pads. I have no issue with the display going dark after a few minutes; I doubt that it really saves that much electricity but we all are under the thumb of dumb government incentives. I will admit that the door does feel very light. Not flimsy, just light. You don't want to slam this microwave door. Just a firm push closes it fine. Overall, we are very happy with this purchase and, just in case, bought the BB extended coverage. The sale price with the additional coverage was still a great deal.

Another great product from LG. Microwave fits perfectly in our microwave stand and looks very nice! Heats evenly and very quickly! Large capacity!! Wish it had a lighted panel, beverage button, and better light inside. But the price was great, on sale.

I have been using for about a month or so. Love the design and color, very easy and convenient control panel. Nice big revolving turntable. Easy to clean and also great for a quck heat up.

Used this microwave for 3 months now works great. When you done using it the clock will go out which is good so you don't waste electricity. Cook the food really fast. Plenty of room on the inside. Would recommend this to everybodyAnd also buy extended warranty just in case.

We originally had a combo microwave/oven unit where the microwave finally died after about 20 years. The oven was secondary so we decided that rather than spending almost $2000 for another combo, just gut the thing out and put in as big of microwave as possible. So if this is your scenario, listen up. This takes the room left over efficiently, looks nice, and performs well. I converted the lower portion of where the oven was to a cabinet and this has worked out well. I like the 'more'/'less' button where you can add or subtract 10 seconds. Combine this with the one-touch 30 second option and you have something for the "instant gratification with minimal interaction" age. Power is in line with what should be expected for a microwave of this wattage and size. Finally, yes the interior is nice and spacious. What you want in a main microwave. The one we have in the bar downstairs does not share this expectation. Have had for a year now. Happy.

This LG unit worked as a perfect (and cheap) replacement for our Thermador microwave that gave up after 10 years. By removing the LG sticker and logo, the unit looks nearly identical to the one it replaced. As a bonus, it is actually larger inside than the Thermador unit. The only modification during the installation was to drill one hole and trim some of the sheet metal ducting on the back to get it to fit. By using the LG instead of the Thermador it saved me many $$$.

I am now able to heat up/cook larger portions at a single time.

I got rid of a nightmare kitchen aid convection microwave that would have been 2k to replace. A little trim and a good looking microwave looks like it was built in. Functions great and easy to clean. Great value for the money

Love this microwave. It has every feature you could want. Really love the color inside as well as the smooth and curved interior which is so easy to clean because there are no seams. Fits perfect in the space where old one was, and looks beautiful with built in trim kit. My hubby and I installed in about 15 minutes with no problems.

I bought this countertop microwave about a month. I like everthing about it. Especially price wasn't too bad. I'm very happly with the choice I've made.

Cooks food well. No complaints. The interior is really easy to clean with its rounded edges. The black stainless looks great and is resistant to fingerprints and smudging. A soft damp cloth cleans it nice. No cleaners or polishes on the exterior needed. We have it installed above the counter with an optional trim kit. Best Buy only carries the regular stainless still trim kit so we had to special order the black(MK2030DA) through Lowe's. Overall, pleased with this microwave.

I get lots of compliments from friends and family and is Perfect size for family meals to warm up, the strongest microwave ever it heats food so fast. I recommend this to any family.

It's only been a little over a month so far but this has met and surpassed our expectations. Good size, color and loving the many functions available to us.
