A: I had the same problem too after a few weeks of install. I find that gently pulling out the middle rack all the way out helps to reset the drawers and allowing it to slide all the way back so that I can close the door.
Q: Is this unit supposed to ship with the sound insulation? They forgot it and it’s LOUD.
A: There should be a thick sound insulation blanket over the top and sides of the washer, our washer is unbelievably QUIET-much more quiet than dishwasher we’ve ever owned, including Bosch and Kitchen Aid.
Q: Can you place plastic items on the bottom rack, or will the dry boost melt plastic items?
A: I put plastic cover for covering food in the microwave on the bottom rack with no problem.

A: The green light will light after cycle is complete. The red light will light if there is some sort of error in addition to an error code being displayed where the cycle time would normally be displayed. As far as the other light I dont know since I have never seen that one.
