I would've given this ac 5 star if it didn't leak so much! the ac leaves my floor wet! I had to order a drain hose (since it didn't come with one) the drain hose works out. It doesn't secure properly so water still gets the the floor at times. This is highly disappointing because I've had a used portable lg ac for over 3-4 years and it didn't leak as much as my new portable lg ac leaks! I will have to return it and just stick with the window ac. Other than the leak the ac does an amazon job at cooling down the room. It cools it down much better than window ac or other ac brands, which Is why I bought this specific ac in the first place. I've attached pic of the ac and the drain/bucket. if I didn't have the drain/bucket my room would be flooded.

Best portable air condition out there very quiet and easy to install

This product save my life because in Seattle the hot days is crazy and the old apartments is very hot

This is a nice looking sleek unit, and i like LG products. However im not impressed with the cooling ability of this particular unit. Picked this up to temporarily cool my RV while my rooftop unit is being replaced. It barely cooled my living area which is 12x14, forget about getting any cool air up in the bedroom.

This unit lives up to its selling points. The air is cool, the connection to a phone is very helpful in stopping it when no one is using and then cooling the room down before you arrive home. Set up was fairly simple as well.

Cools the room in under an hour. Smart features like scheduling on and off helps with energy efficiency and the ability to turn it on from anywhere with your phone is awesome if your on your way home and want the room cooled before arriving

Needed an AC loved the color. Wouldn't rate it 5 stars just because the back tube didnt reach all the way up to my window because it wasnt long enough i have high windows. Other than that i love it it comes with a control i get to put a timer and its really good def recommend!

Keep my room nice and cool. Love the fact that you can control it from your phone. Makes it nice and easy to have my room cool by the time I get home from work.

This appliance is a life saver! Great design, installing it was ok but it delivers on cool air.

This unit is fine. It shipped quickly and even arrived early. The problem is that I got it for a room a bit larger than 500 sq feet thinking that one rated for 400 sq feet should still have an impact. After setting it up and letting it run for several hours it cooled an area with a radius of maybe 5 feet around the unit. I went to look it back up and while the title rated it for 400 sq feet, the specs had it listed for 350 sq feet. I am returning and getting a more powerful unit.

Wonderful quiet product. Have to empty tank maybe once a week other than that this product is wonderful sleep with a winter blanket in the summer time . Need I say anymore ! Make the purchase you won't regret it

Cools nicely but leaks a lot of water. Woke up to a puddle by the AC. Doesn’t come with a drain hose. Will be returning. Make sure to order a drain hose before setting this up.

I love how I can use the app to turn it on from anywhere and it works with Alexa which is a bonus. Doesn’t make a lot of noise so I don’t have to turn my tv up.
