Easy to set up and connect to WiFi and sound bar. I was dumb/stubborn enough to put it up all by myself. I streak of panic hit me when had it in my arms and tried to lift to the mount. I was worried I'd squeeze, twist the screen. But it's pretty sturdy. It just awkward because it's 65" and I'm only 69". The picture quality is good. I thought it would be more vivid but I may need to play with settings. The roller ball on the remote isn't as user friendly and seems like it is switches over at the slightest touch but not intuitive to get back to button selections. The voice option is nice but it has a delay. It picked up after I manually selected Netflix show. But I can see it being used. The AI picture and sound setting nice when going from sports to movies to news. Why can't LG have one master all to control all it tv, sound bar and sound systems? Or make it fully integrated with google home. I hate having an different apps for the same maker and that work together. Lastly keep you box don't cut it up. The delivery guy told me this after I cut mine out. He said if it needs to be returned they can only pick it up in original box. Not sure why that's a factor if I have the best buy plan. They should come check it out and remove it if it needs to be repaired or replaced. I am debating in buying another one for another room.

Love this tv. The ease of changing the settings, the crisp clear picture—its so nice. I will say that the remote is kind of a pain, simply because the select button is also a scroll wheel. I find myself accidentally scrolling when I try to click it. But minor issue when looking at the actual tv. The sound isn’t the best when mounted on the wall, it sounds almost muffled, but an old sound bar hooked up made it better.

Quality! It is a good buy because the quality is great. The realistic and the colors are vibrant, I am satisfied with my purchase and recommend this to anyone especially for a living room. Price is good. I always look for LG products because they will last a long time.

I upgraded to the 65’ QNED from the Nanocell tv. I am very pleased with LG QNED line. I highly recommend this if you’re looking for a balance of high quality performance that doesn’t break the bank. OLEDs are too rich for my blood right now.

Excellent bundle for the price. Possibly the best at this price point. Game features work wonderfully and the LG UI is fantastic comparatively to Roku/Samsung. 4k+120ghz at 65", this is probably your best midrange option.

Great picture! The colors are clear. Each humans face is unique to their personal skin color. The landscape is breathtaking. The dark scenes are just as clear as the daylight scenes. We are enjoying our programs very much. The salesman who sold us this television was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. After having watching the televisions we came back to the store with the operating questions. A different representative took his time and showed us some "How To" techniques we needed to know to complete our personal set up. Thank You Best Buy for sharing your knowledge.

Fabulous vibrant color and sound. The Geek Squad hooked up my Sansui box speakers and DJ quality receiver for a sensational home theater sound system. Very pleased with my purchase!

Great picture, sound and refresh rate. Easily able to play call of duty, watch my favorite tv shows and movies.i will be purchasing again when needed.

Great tv for the price, has great picture and one of the best sounds, when usially these new tvs require a sound bar, i isially stay at 16 to 20 sound level and its more than enough, the remote features a bit new to me with this coursor mode that activates if you shake or move the remote enough, but easy to over throw with the direction buttons,the smart hub is a very good one, has everything literally you can think of and need.

I went from a 43” LG to this huge 65” QNED and I’m loving every thing about it. I use it mainly for my PS5 and the graphics are beautiful, from the dark color to the bright colors. To me it was setup for gaming. •You have setting where you can change the frame rate •picture in picture for your twitch account •the remote act as a mouse making it ease to input passwords That’s just to name a few 10/10 for me and for the price, you can’t go wrong.

Love watching my favorite football games on my new 65" LG QNED TV. The picture is so sharp and clear! As a Best Buy Member, the geek squad delivered and set up my TV and connected additional electronics to the TV. I am very pleased with the knowledgeable and friendly staff that assisted me with my purchase and set up.

I bought this television as one of my dream tv’s. I will say that I’m blown away with its superior picture quality and vividness. Clear and bright picture. Sound quality is not the greatest but once paired to a sound bar and subwoofer, movies sound incredible. I love this television and hopefully it will be my last for a long time. If I had anything to say bad about it would be I didn’t get it sooner!!!!

Excellent picture and features. The AI picture wizard is an awesome tool to learn your preferences for picture setup. Ai also recognizes what type of media is being played and adjusts the sound settings accordingly. Not the greatest speakers but most people use soundbars now so not a huge deal

I give it a 3 star simply because the actual picture of the tv is amazing! I regularly use a Apple Tv to stream and i also have a ps5 connected to it so I usually don’t use the smart aspect of the tv however, I recently downloaded the lg thinq app to see if I could use my phone to control the tv and it turns out it doesn’t work good at all, had to reset the tv 5 times to try to get it connected and at the end of the day all I could do was sign in and i was not able to control the tv whatsoever, another issue I found with this tv is, if i was last playing the ps5 and i turn off the tv, then come back and want to use the apple tv it will go back to the hdmi it was turned off on, that kinda sucks since i had a Samsung tv and these where not any issues whatsoever, also i have had this tv for about 6 months or so and the tv started having display issues that only got resolved until i reset the actual tv! That is definitely not looking good!

This TV is an amazing buy. Great picture and easy to use.

Wonderful sound and picture. Looks sleek in our TV alcove in our master bedroom. The saleman was quite helpful when we picked it out and several service men came until the sound worked properly upon installation. That was most helpful. Would recommend Best Buy for a new TV.

I’m a totally in aww with the color and picture quality of this tv. Very easy to use remote and functions great. I’ve been told that some smart tv’s are slow to function but not this one. A very wise investment for me.

Love the 65 inch LG tv!!! Colors are so crispy clear and bright and it is the perfect size for my living room. Highly recommend. The sales staff I dealt with were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
