It’s a great lightweight laptop with fast response time. The sound quality is not great, at its maximum it is difficult to hear if there are other activities going on, like a fan being on at the same time. You will need an external soundbar or speakers. If it’s for regular everyday work use, it’s great.

This is my first laptop. My wife has a 17-inch HP Omen that is a nice size for at home but kind of big and heavy for travel. I chose LG because consumer reports rates LG as one of the more reliable laptops. Stepping down in screen size did mean a smaller number keypad but that has not been an issue. In searching for a laptop, I wanted at least 16 GB of RAM. 8 and 32 were my closest choices, so I went with 32 since more and more programs run in the background using up RAM. I really like the touch screen, but all the surfaces do show fingerprints. This laptop had all I was looking for but was a little more than I was looking to spend because of the additional RAM, but Best Buy had it for 300 dollars off, so it literally became a Best Buy.

I purchased this to run Fusion 360 and 3D Printer software since my old laptop was about 6 years old. well I had to return this laptop 1 day later because it has a virtual graphics card or something like that and it was way worse than my old laptop

This one replaced my wife’s laptop and she enjoyed this one, saying it’s faster all around. The memory the laptop came with was great for the price.
