Q: Is this the same monitor as LG model 22MD4KA-B? The BB model number does not include the A-B.
A: This model is the 22MD4KA-B. ^CP
A: Yes it does and they sound good.
Q: Is this compatible with Microsoft PC's too?
A: Yes it works with Microsoft PCs too if you have usb-c (3.1) however you cannot ajust the the brightness and its very bright. I highly recommend getting a different monitor if you are using a Windows based PC. This product is built for Mac only.
Q: Is this a touch screen monitor?
A: The 22MD4K is not a touch screen. ^AC
Q: Is this a new product? Is this a returned (as Refurbished, Renewed) product?
A: I recently bought one through Best Buy (it appears Apple and others no longer carry it). I received a brand new one. It works great with my MacBook Pro.
Q: How do I connect this Monitor to Mac book?
A: You may ONLY use a USB-C cable from Thunderbolt 3 connector to the USB-C on the back of the monitor. If your MacBook doesn't have a Thunderbolt 3, it is not compatible with your computer no matter what array of cable adaptors you try to use.
Q: can you use facetime on this monitor?
A: FaceTime is a proprietary videotelephony product developed by Apple. It would not depend on the monitor. ^AC
