Good massager but worst customer service.

Product is good at its primary function massaging, but no heat was observed when we received it, since then ticket, emails with customer service is in progress with no resolution, don't know how much hot the surface is supposed to be as heat never felt. Customer service is worst. Return window has already passed while waiting for customer service.
