Q: How many beams do you get and how long are each of them.

A: You get 6 beams, and they're each a bit less than a foot long. You also get a square corner piece that's about 1.5 inches.

Q: How does this go on sale when it hasn't even come out of being sold out????

Q: How thick (both from the wall and from top to bottom) is a LIFX Beam? Want to see if it can perfectly go around a LINNMON tabletop from IKEA and how far it'll come out from the desk top.

A: The beam is 3/4 of an inch thick

Q: If I buy 2 sets, can they be connected together?

A: If the question is can you link them all into one beam it’s no. You can only have up to 8 on one beam. If asking can you link them separate through the control app then yes.

Q: How is it powered?

A: It comes with a magnetic power attachment that plugs into any power outlet. The cord is white, so it won't stand out too much if you have it exposed against a white wall.
