Love the idea of this but ended up returning the one I ordered because the thumb detector on the bottom would not fit in the space above our door latch. Be sure to measure for that before you order. It would also be nice if they offered them in a variety of finishes.

Easily the most convenient thing i have purchased this year Batteries last a long time and will beep ahead of dying. Fairly accurate and love that it is not Wifi.

A very easy installation, and it works well for everyone but myself. The lock doesn’t easily recognize my fingerprint, but it works after two or three tries. Everyone else seems to get it on the first try. Seems like an easy fix all I have to do is we issue by eager prince to the lock, which is very easy. I can also lock and unlock it through the app without the Wi-Fi module. you can also take multiple prints from the same person on different fingers.

I did not received the product. They sent it thru UPS from Illinois to Las Vegas no problem. But once it arrives in UPS facility in Las Vegas the package lost. And when I called best buy Customer service they said they will order a replacement and after 2 days called again and they said they will just refund my payment. It succoz when I order it ithat is on sale for half price and I even used my $5.00 reward and now when they refunded my payment I lost my $5.00 reward and the privilege of getting it for half price. This is not the first time I lost my order if the carrier is UPS and FedEx. If my order is pricey or valuable and the carrier is UPS or Fedex, it got lost. Not only thru best buy. Amazon shipment is really reliable than Fedex and UPS.

When I saw this is google assistant enabled I didn't see any warning that one needs to purchase and additional wifi hub to get it to work with the google assistant.

Great lock, easy install and setup, not really Google home compatible. So far this lock has worked flawlessly. It takes a minute to program new fingerprints, but once programed, it works great. The motor is quiet. The fingerprint reader is fast. I've even tried fooling the sensor using several well-known hacks, and none worked. The information says it's Google Home compatible. Well, kind-of. This model does not come with the additional WiFi hub that you apparently need to make this possible. The more expensive model comes with the hub, or you can buy it separately. In all, I'm very satisfied with this deadbolt.

I loved it and it was very easy to put together. The design is great and it is able to recognize all our fingerprints. The app has also some cool features

And believe it or not, the hubs work much better than the locks with built-in Wi-F, which are constantly going on and off
