The Magicycle - Ocelot Pro e-bike was purchased 1.5yrs ago and it's been used 5 days a week. Today the connection between the battery and the motor malfunctioned and rendered it useless. I contacted Magicycle and they do not honor their warranty when their product is purchased at Best Buy. Best Buy only offers a 1yr warranty and you have to purchase the 2nd year even though it's under warranty for two years by the manufacturer. So I am out of pocket due to bean counters. Good job! Hope this discourages others.

No warranty from manufacture. Bedt buy took bike back.
