Great quality. Makes watching TV less neck straining with its versatility in regards to tilt angles and swivel capabilities. Opens up the room immensely. Just love it. Very easy to install also. Wish I would have known about this product sooner. Worth every penny.

I purchased this mount from Best Buy on September 24 and hired Geek Squad to install. They tried twice before deciding they couldn’t. They said I had 30 days to return to store for a refund. The store refused to accept the return and told me to contact the seller. To date all I got was a return label costing me $35 and no refund of sales tax. I believe Best Buy is ultimately at fault but this was the only review I could find. I should have ordered from Amazon who honors a 30 day return policy!
