Great for the entire body
Recently lost 58lbs and need to tighten up. This work great not only for you abs but a total body workout. The weight capacity is great as well. My husband is able to use it also as he is a big tall guy.

Great product!
The ab machine is relatively easy to assemble and it works great! I’m really enjoying my workouts.
