First of all, I barely ever leave reviews and I’m not wanting to complain, but I want to make people aware about this. I bought this walking pad brand new from Best Buy, the weight limit is 350 pounds It says, and I weigh 255 pounds. Upon my first usage, I noticed the belt stalling when I would take a step and it would feel like I am about to fall, I contacted the seller and they told me I needed to lubricate the belt. I thought it was a bit odd considering I bought it brand new that I would have to lubricate it myself, but I went on Amazon and bought some of the stuff they recommended, lubricated it, and it still wasn’t fixed. They told me I needed to tighten or loosen the belt myself, and all that did was make the stepping issue worse. Aside from that when I would start to use the walking pad after about 10 or 15 minutes of walking 3 miles an hour, it would start to smell like burning rubber or like burning pretzels, and the walking pad itself was super hot. I wanted to just try and ignore it because the manufacturer told me it will have a new product smell for a little bit, but my whole family came in and complained that they think something is going to cause an electrical issue or a fire so I unplugged it. The front of the machine was so hot I almost burned my finger by touching it, the manufacturer said maybe it was because the belt was too tight, but if I loosened it anymore It went straight back to the slipping Issue. The manufacturer has been very good about getting back to me, but is also unsure what the issue is and it’s just guessing on what parts to send me to fix it myself. I’ve only had this product for about a week and I’ve spent a lot of time trying to fix it myself, which is unfortunate because it’s a brand new product. I am returning this product, very disappointed, unfortunately

Exactly what I needed after the one I got from that other site was recalled. I really like that it has a bit of an incline.
