The is how the box arrived. In unbelievably horrendous condition!

I finally found a walking pad with elevation and a decent walking speed! I haven’t had it long but so far it works great. I use it for working and indoor walks in the evenings and weekends in the winter months. My only small complaint is I don’t feel like the wheels on the front help much for moving it. I also found the perfect table on Target.com to go with it.

It stopped working in less than a month. It sent me falling and scrambling to catch myself about 3 weeks in. I contacted support, they asked for videos and pics, which I provided. They say it's the lower control board (I have doubts, based on what it did) and sent a replacement, but I still haven't received it. So, it has now taken longer to get a service help (30 days so far) than it did for it to break down. I ordered the Merach because it supposedly was a "real" fitness company. I think I could have gone with a no name brand for this result or better. Disappointing. It was working pretty well and was serving it's purpose. The length and width of the walking surface is pretty good. I'm 6'2" and about 195lbs, it is on the edge for proper size, but good enough for my use. I wasn't using high speeds, just trying to get movement during the work day. I sit all day for work and thought I might be on track for a big improvement, but will have to start over. I would recommend a walking pad, I just can't say this one. I'm also not impressed with Merach customer service.

I bought this treadmill and two months in the motor broke and the belt stopped running. For the first time in my life I had to contact the manufacturer for a warranty issue and their only solution was to send me parts from China to replace their faulty motor myself. I’m not a technician, I have no experience with electrical components and somehow I have to fix it myself. I was hesitant to agree but it was basically forced into it. Merach support wouldn’t acknowledge my request for a full replacement or refund. They insisted on pushing the parts on me ignoring any request and only providing a $20 partial refund. It has been nearly a month since my treadmill broke, I haven’t received any shipping notification or update other than “well we submitted the request we’ll let you know when they ship.” And I’m still expected to wait another 2-4 weeks for them to arrive after waiting 3 weeks for an update. An absolute joke. No one buys anything expecting it to be faulty and my biggest disappointment was how ignored and dismissed I was in being compensated. I just want a treadmill to get my steps in. Not a warranty nightmare.

Almost 7 months in, and it's crapped out already. This has been a bit of a headache since it was delivered. Originally, the belt kept slipping under my feet...solution is to tighten the belt. And then it gets all wonky and slips to the side...solution is to tighten one side a little more. A LOT of adjusting to get it working reliably...and then...it just stopped. Just...stopped working. And I'm still paying off this piece of junk.

Love it. It isn't too loud and doesnt take up too much space. It is controlled fully by a remote, so don't lose that.

DO NOT PURCHASE - Absolute waste of money. After just 3 weeks it started to jerk and the following week, it began to over heat. The way the company resolved the issue was by saying they would send me a motor and I could replace it. I am not a technician so I am not sure why they believed I should fix their issue. They then responded with generic messages with seemed to be AI or scripted then marked the issue as resolved. Do not puchase.

Very quiet! I use in a shared office and it does not disturb anyone while they are on meetings. Incline is nice and great speeds and belt length. I have a long stride and I don’t have any issues with this.
