DO not buy this product!! It came without a Black Type Cover which is an essential accessory clearly highligted in the item description. If that wasn't bad enough, BEST BUY customer's service was impossible to deal with. The Chat bots were a waste of time and told me to go to the store. That was also a dead end, they told me to call in and speak to an actual person. Another dead end as they kept repeating back to me that it was outside the return window. I DO NOT WANT A REFUND! I just want the Black Type Cover i paid for. Horrible experience. If I could give it ZERO stars I would.

I didn't heed the warnings of the others who posted here and was burned just the same. Total rip-off. I purchased thinking it was going to come with the case and like the others -no keyboard case. Buyer beware. Unless you want to get burned like the rest of us don't buy this product.

The tablet is great, but it didn't come with the type cover as advertised. Called and voiced my displeasure and was only given back $25. The deal was a DEAL WITH the type cover. Guess it's buyer beware when buying refurbished from BestBuy.

Purchased the Surface Pro 7 type cover combo for in store pick up and the type cover was missing. Took everything back to the store and was told I could do an even exchange for the same bundle to fix the issue. I had the new one sent to my home and it was delivered again WITHOUT the type cover. I will be going back to the store again to try to get the type cover. If I am spending $850, I expect the company to include all of the items purchased. Especially a company like Best Buy. This has been a terrible experience. **In-store associates were helpful and I understand they had no part to play in the type cover missing TWICE. Whoever packages the online bundle deals needs to do better and Best Buy needs to do better with making it right and stop making the in-store associates fix all their mistakes. The online CS associates should be given the ability to send any missing items.

Really impressed with this thing. Boots up quick, runs excellent and helps me get all my work tasks done efficiently. Traditional laptops are a thing of the past.

I can proudly say, this has been the worst purchase in my entire life. A complete waste of money, doesnt connect to the internet, doesnt open browsers, takes about 10 minutes to boot up just to freeze, after 30 minutes of trying to use this, youll eventually toss it and borrow someones computer or access the internet elsewhere. DO NOT BUY, HORRIBLE VALUE, TRASH COMPONENTS , SLOWEST COMPUTER OR DEVICE I HAVE EVER USED IN MY LIFE

This model generation including Pro 7+ models have product bugs. Buying it is throwing dice. Get a current generation Pro 9 instead!
