I don’t usually buy refurbished electronics, but this Surface Pro completely changed my mind. When I opened the box, it honestly looked brand new. I couldn’t find any scratches or signs of wear. Setup was quick, and everything worked perfectly right out of the box. I’ve been using it for work, browsing, Microsoft Office, and everyday tasks, and it’s been fast, quiet, and responsive. The battery life has also been better than I expected. I already own a MacBook Pro, but I wanted a lightweight Windows device, and this has been exactly what I was looking for. For the price I paid, I feel like I got an amazing deal. If you’re considering a Geek Squad Certified Refurbished Surface Pro, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. The only thing to remember is that the keyboard and pen are sold separately.

My Surface Pro started having issues - certain keys stopped working and it was hard to login - so I searched for a replacement. I found a table version that had more of everything and it was a lot cheaper because it was certified by the Geek Squad as refurbished. Works great!

Refurbished but looks and runs like new. Very fast. Happy with the Surface. A few apps wouldn’t run due to the ARM processor but that was expected. Highly recommended

It was very convenient for the size, and multiple use. It was pretty much an iPad. But you could do much more with Windows.
