I purchased a Surface Pro 8 listed as "Excellent condition," and what I received did not meet that standard at all. • The device was not factory reset, which is unacceptable for a refurbished product. • The back of the device had visible sticky residue / goo, along with remnants of tape and labeling. • It did not include the original Microsoft power supply. Instead, it came with a random 30W Apple USB-C charger and an Insignia USB-C cable, which is not appropriate for this device and not what was advertised. For a product advertised as "Excellent," I expected a clean, properly reset device with the correct accessories. What I received feels rushed and poorly inspected. I'm disappointed and would not recommend purchasing refurbished devices under this condition grading unless quality control improves significantly.

Really impressed with this Surface Pro 8. It runs smooth, feels fast, and looks almost brand new. Great value for the price and perfect for both work and everyday use.
