Best two-in-one on the market!! It does everything and more. The design, system and Microsoft 365 makes a powerhouse of a tablet/computer; and the accessories finishes it off effortlessly.

Overall it is a great tablet. However I'm disappointed that they removed the plug-in for headphones and the USB plug in. The power cord has quit working after only 3.5 months, not good!

It’s not just an iPad, it’s a PC in a very convenient package! Seriously, this thing is great!

Look into screen flickering issues with surface pros. I didnt know this beford buying and will now have to exchange for a new surface or ultimately return this product.

Very practical, portable, light, and easy to carry. Ideal for travel. While you can always pinch out the screen, the default screen text is small. I knew that the processor was very elementary but works out since I only use it to run common MS applications and conference calls. The camera and microphone work great in Zoom calls.

The surface is an incredible device. These tablets take everything you love in a laptop and make it even more portable, and easy to use. The price on these are very high, but you get an incredible machine. The only thing I will say is that it does seem to run a little hot, but it wasn't too big of a deal

With my purchase only a month or so old, this computer is working well. The location of the built-in camera is reasonable although I can't seem to adjust my position to optimize my screen presence. Peripherals are needed to hook up things like a mouse or download a thumb drive. The computer is heavier than I anticipated because of the need to carry a battery, although I still don't know how long I could get away without it. So far, I haven't figured out how to use the screen by itself (without the keyboard attached). The screen is touch sensitive, so there must be an onscreen keyboard that I could pull up. But I find it quicker to use the keyboard, so my hopes of using just the lightweight screen alone haven't been fulfilled, yet. Biggest downside, this won't work on your lap because the screen won't stay up by itself (its 'leg' needs to rest on a solid surface).

I really like this tablet. It’s great for school. I’m currently working on school and it’s been amazing to be able to travel with it. It’s a powerful tablet. I like that I could use it on the go. I hook it up to my docking station and it works fantastic. This is durable and I would recommend it for anybody who wants the flexibility of a laptop and a tablet.

I finally pulled the trigger and I’m so pleased. Great item. Very easy to set up and easy to use. I travel a lot for business and it’s so light bs my old laptops from the past.

Excellent camera for a tablet/laptop. Light and versatile. But would recommend buying the different power hub to be able to hook up to bigger monitors if giving presentations.

It took a while to get used to a different Surface Pro after having a different model for 5 years, but this is absolutely a great device! I have faster processing speeds and better wifi connection with the device. The best part of this device, though, is the multi-screen display option. Instead of just havingtwo screens available, I can put up to four different screens to look at which has absolutely been helpful for me. It helps me with writing and researching which comes in handy because I don't have to switch back and forth from different windows. Highly recommend.

This is a comfortable portable device with surprising amount of power. The SSD is upgradeable and the integrated graphics are surprisingly capable.

I am thankful that I upgraded when I can! Coming from a Surface Pro 4 to a 9, there is already a huge difference. The battery life is far better. Performance is faster and smoother. Of course, with any piece of technology, there can be flaws and pains. I have not reached them yet, but I can say that this was an upgraded I needed.

The new Surface Pro 9 has great curves compared to the old 4 we had! With Windows 11, it is great with or without a keyboard and mouse. Pen that worked with the 4 works with the 9 as well. Great buy for the price. Solid hardware.

This is a great, reliable, high performance product. My only dislike is that it is not backwardly compatible with the previous dock models. This resulted in unusual hot surface on the back of the computer. I had to buy two new docks for my two work locations
