This is one of the best dedicated lateral raise machines I’ve used. The motion is very smooth and natural, with no sticking points, and it really isolates the shoulders the way dumbbells or cables can’t. The build quality is excellent — solid frame, comfortable pads, and it feels like commercial-grade equipment. Adjustments are quick, so it’s easy to change for different users. It hits the side delts perfectly, and after a few sets you can really feel the pump. Definitely a worthwhile addition if you’re serious about shoulder development.
