Great entry level fitness tracking ring
I've had the ring for almost a week and so far so good! I like that it doesn’t scream fitness tracker! I bought the smallest size they have and it is a bit cold so it twirls on my finger. However when I warm up it stays in place just fine. I'm taking off one star because the app interface is lacking. It doesn’t update my information in real-time. I have to click on my steps, then sleep, and so-on before my data will update. And it never shows me accurate battery status. I'm still showing 53% rven after a full charge.

No Support at All and a Defective Item
I am extremely disappointed with this purchase and with the customer service I’ve received. I have tried to contact the seller multiple times, as well as Best Buy, regarding the return of these rings, and I still haven’t received any real help. The last thing I heard was that someone was supposed to call me back, but no one ever did. Not only was the product itself of poor quality, but the complete lack of support has been incredibly frustrating. I’ve been left without answers and without a solution, and at this point I am extremely upset. I expected better communication and a proper resolution, but instead I’ve been ignored. This has been a very disappointing experience overall.
