Monteperdido - Monteperdido - 12-INCH SINGLE [12 inch Vinyl Single]

G70 2 Bones Of Dundasa is the long-delayed second album by Toronto duo Glissandro 70, assembled from recordings made between 2004 and 2015, lost in 2016, and restored nearly a decade later. Rather than a retrospective, the album plays as a fully realized statement, shaped by distance, reassessment, and selective augmentation. Across concise electronic pieces, dub-inflected mutations, rhythm-led constructions, and expanded song forms, Craig Dunsmuir and Sandro Perri explore tension between structure and interference. Contributions from Peter Zummo, Jeremy Strachan, Ryan Driver, and a closing remix by Dan Bodan deepen the record's sense of continuity across time. Released on Constellation in LP, CD, and digital formats. Album Tracks 1. Lucky Cloud Peter Zummo 2. Jackpot Pothole Eleven 3. Tomber 4. Aquatint 5. Pad Tide 6. Vila Inerane 7. Howler Hiccup (VC-10 Eternal Selectric) 8. I'm Honkin' Here 9. Five Five Three 10. Five Three Three 11. You the Vandal 12. Bolan Muppets (Dan Bodan Remix)

Blacker Face is a Chicago quintet fronted by gospel singer turned firebrand punk vocalist, Jolene Whatevr. Their unique fusion of provocative lyricism and transgressive musical arrangement has been labeled Afropunk, Afrofuturist, and Experimental. Their self-released 2018 EP Think Piece was recognized as InchBest Punk Music, May 2018Inch on Bandcamp, and paved the way for performances with bands including Guerilla Toss, Pile, Thunderpussy, and Ono. Their aptly titled follow up LP Distinctive Juju (Sooper Records, 2019) is the most comprehensive expression of the group's political and musical vision to date, engaging topics like police brutality, racial power dynamics, and impending climate catastrophe in a genre bending tour de force. Throughout, Blacker Face employs race as the entry point for a penetrating social critique of power and class. In recognition of their incisive work, Blacker Face was awarded a grant from the City of Chicago's Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events (DCASE) to assist in the creation of Distinctive Juju.
