Knowing i had the extra protection and tech support was important...i did have to use them a few times...which most of the time was great... I admit a couple of times...not so good...one even to this day...have no idea how to work on a software...and they were no support at all...

I can definitely say that the his is one of the most reliable and reasonable protection plans I’ve purchased. If, for whatever reason you have issues with merchandise, Best Buy will support you.

This product saved me many times from sometimes faulty devices or jammed buttons. They will take back all most anything within the first 60 days and give you a full refund or let you exchange it. I would highly recommend this product if you shop for electronics a lot.

I bought some turtle beach headphones, and a x box controller a while back. Although, I just payed for the bare minimum warranty while purchasing my items. However, a year went by and I tried to returnswap out my equipment and the warranty expired. Not only did I have to buy a new controller, and headphones. I had to pay for another cheap warranty. Idid the math and I signed up for the best but total plus membership. First thing I did was take my laptop to Geek Squad.. If anyone knows the prices. Lets say total plus membership is the way to go. I alos forgot to mention that any products bought are 2yr warranties. Amd if I nees a new controller or headphones they will replace it as long as I'm still a member. If you're about your electronics then tgis is the best way to go. THANKS BEST BUY!...

Absolutely recommend! Too many times I didn't have any protection plan and regretted it. I always get one now for anything that I buy that's over $100

I have a peace of mind for my XBox, Laptop, and Printer. Printer had to be replaced when it stopped printing. Power outage. Printer works great. Saved money and time. Highly recommend the total care package.

This has saved me $1500 and paid for itself over and over again. I had a key come off my tablet keyboard and Best Buy protection covered it with no questions asked. They ended up giving me an entire new tablet because the wait time wasa 4 weeks.
