I had a pretty tough Nov 25- My PC crashed and my washer/dryer died . Had to get all brand new!! I have a better warranty , service and excellent support with this account ! well worth it when you spend that much!!

So far so good. This machine is BIG and so just barely fits in my microscopic rental utility room. I’ve been panicking because I want the matching dryer, but can’t afford it. I guess this is getting phased out because I see it on sale or even clearance. I’m worried they’ll all be gone by the time I can purchase it, and I’ll have to sell this and buy a set that match. #firstworldproblems. The washer works great. One “con” would be that I wish like many devices the doors were adaptable to change which way they open based on your room configuration. My opens towards a wall and I have to stand behind the door, drop the laundry basked over the door to the floor, lean over to unload - *without putting any weight on the huge door - and then “good mornings” deadlift my laundry basket up and over the door. There’s no other way to put the machine, sadly. I wish I’d realized. Regardless, the machine works well and I’m very happy with it. Love the color. oh… *the top gets scratched VERY easily. I’ve had it less than a year and the only thing I ever set on top is a large, light wicker laundry basket, empty. Never heavy. Yet the top of the machine is slowly developing tons of long, light pencil-scratches. Seems like it should be a more durable surface, since if it’s stand-alone it will likely have things put on it all the time, and it might have another machine set on top so would need to be strong. I find the ease of scratches a “con” as well, albeit aesthetic. And MAJOR PRO! *you can turn off the Samsung complete cycle song so it doesn’t get stuck in your head and slowly drive you mad, every time you do laundry! yay.

I live in a 90 year-old cottage, and the washer and dryer are in the kitchen. For years I have wanted to remodel my kitchen, but never have the money to do so. After 35 years of having ugly scratch and dent, mismatched w/d's, I pondered getting these for six months. They went on sale, and I was able to get 24 months, no interest. The last day of the promotion I went in to buy them! My kitchen looks so much better!

I'm at my desk writing this in clean clothes! Need I say more-- Yes, actually-- Excellent products, installers, etc. SCHEDULING was a bit of a nightmare. But finally it happened and I couldn't be happier.

Definitely purchase protection plan, because manufacturers warranty is usually a yr, but Best Buy offers a plan too. It’s worth it for peace of mind if something goes wrong or you have an issue with electronics.

One of the best investments and upgrade from crappy LGs. Installers forgot to switch doors around but they came back and fixed it and we love it. They dry clothes on avg 50% lesss time than our LGs. Capacity is huge and we have not experienced any moldy smell in almost 4 months of use.

Love my washer and dryer! The sound it makes when they’re done makes my work easier too! The selection buttons are so easy to choose from as well as the play and pause button….and they’re huge to hold clothes from a family of 5! The price for both of them was not bad and affordable too.

This is a really good protection plan. In my experience, bestbuy responds fast and with care when things go south with your protected product. It would save me a lot of money compared to if I didn’t have this protection plan and pay out of pocket. This is a need for big appliances.

We love them. Love the pedestals, big loads, high heat on the dryer. Just does the job. Storage with the pedestals are a plus too.

My dryer quit working. Spent a little bit of time finding just the right machine. I know exactly what I was looking for.. this dryer happen to be on sale and was delivered promptly also taking the old one out. The dryer works so much better than I expected it to their tricks that you need to learn.. such as permanent press cycle seems to leave everything damp. You just need to change the heat setting everything gets nicely dry . I love the steam feature. And the refresh the gray color is stunning

We've had this washer for two weeks now and I must say it has been a pleasure to use it. We puchased as a package (washer/dryer) and they look great. The large capacity makes it wasy to wash bed spreads, and we are learning the function as we go. I really love the steam dry capability. We've had no probkem with this unit and highly recommend it

Found a great deal and a new washer/dryer set at BestBuy! I decided to return back to a top loaded washer, and wasn't disappointed...in fact enjoying it well!The matching dryer is very spacious also, and dries clothes in half the time! The cat approves! (image inserted)Haha

Very nice set I highly recommend this I don’t have anything bad to say other than don’t over stuff your washing machine I got the smaller set because that’s all that works in the space I have make sure you dry the bubble inside the washer after each use it will make your washing machines last longer also make sure you leave the washer door crack or you will get a smell that you can’t get rid of and that goes for any front loader both units together are about 5.9 -6ft tall

This combo is amazing! Delivery was smooth, and the teams set up was quick. Later down the line we chose to stack and that was a breeze and secure. After a year and a half, both machines hold up as if they were new! With regular cleaning, upkeep and things still run efficiently. I would however recommend thoroughly reading the manual as learning how all the functions operate was a challenge.

I have purchased several washing machines and by far, the Electrolux is the best I have ever had. I love the stain removal feature, the drum is large, machine is relatively quiet with many options.

But I v thx protection from Best Buy is a fraction of what u will pay with the manufacturer

Great set, very happy with all the options. I just did not know you need to keep ALL front door washer's you need to keep door open after wash for an hour or so to dry between the rubber seal or it will smell not good at all. Do need to research area's to clean for all front open washer/dryer
