The laptop itself has been absolutely fantastic, handling everything I need flawlessly. Knowing I had the protection plan gave me complete peace of mind. While the laptop has performed perfectly without needing repairs, the customer service and support I’ve received from Best Buy over the last two years have been top-notch. Highly recommend both Dell for their reliable hardware and Best Buy for their excellent protection plans!

What great investment my daughter has had to replace her Quest 3 on multiple occasions rather the joystick was malfunctioning on there was no power the protection plan covered the unit in total best buy simply replaced the item hassle free.

Anything I purchase over a certain amount is always worth a good protection plan and Best Buy’s is fantastic not just good I highly recommend
