What great investment my daughter has had to replace her Quest 3 on multiple occasions rather the joystick was malfunctioning on there was no power the protection plan covered the unit in total best buy simply replaced the item hassle free.

Anything I purchase over a certain amount is always worth a good protection plan and Best Buy’s is fantastic not just good I highly recommend

I really like Best buy protection plan. It doesn't give me any problems when something goes wrong. They make the process very easy. I buy everything in bestbuy because of this.

As someone who purchases frequently from Best Buy, this has been spectacular. I haven't had to use the replacement functionality much, but the peace of mind knowing it's there has been absolutely spectacular and has made choosing between Best Buy and other providers for the same item easier.

Pretty good. I hate that its locked to amazon specific books but its still good. Really page like for study but its definitely a negative. Overall i think thwy qould be exceptional if they gave you more freedom so i took off a point.
