I really like this service as it ensures your product is protected for a period of time. It is included for my laptop, pencil, Bluetooth device, laptop sleeve, USB memory, JBL Clip 4 and charger.

Great two people installed tv and soundbar really friendly and very knowledgeable. They came in installed everything, cleaned up the box and excess material and took it all away. They additionally even wiped off the screen and table below the tv. Fabulous service.

Yes just a quick little review about my blink camera. I really would like to say great quality of a picture and video recording. Also its small and veryeasy to hose so no one can see it in plain site. Thank you so much Best Buy

El delivery is bad,bad,bad. They trought it behind the car, it look like pass over the bag. When i get home i will check if ìt work.

Easy to setup and the quality of the image is pretty good. Night vision in minimal don't expect the best. I like T he fact its small so you can fit it anywhere. I just wish the cord wasnt so scary thin definitely have to hide the cords from the kids.

This came quickly and was easy to set up in the Govee app and with the Google Home app. It will take a while to completely integrate this into my theater setup, but that is only due to the versatility of Govee's app. I'm excited to learn about all of the features.

I’ve had one positive experience with Best Buy protection when my son sucked water into my Dyson and it was replaced. But when it comes to large appliances, it’s a different story, when my Samsung dryer quit just after 2 years of light use, being a member didn’t help at all. Members receive discounted repair service, but apparently there are no technicians in our area to diagnose. So Best Buy was of NO help. Turns out the Samsung dryer has obsolete parts and Best Buy & Samsung are STILL selling this dryer that cannot be repaired as the parts inside cannot be replaced, therefore, it cannot be fixed and you will be out $$$ for diagnostic fees and will have to buy a new machine. I will not buy Samsung again & I’m on the fence if Best Buy protect is worth it.

I can't praise the Best Buy Protection Plan enough. It covers a wide range of issues, including accidental damage, and their customer service is exceptional. When I dropped my tablet and cracked the screen, they swiftly repaired it at no extra charge. This plan is indispensable and offers great reassurance for any tech purchase.
