mophie - juice pack helium External Battery Case for Apple® iPhone® SE, 5s and 5 - Blue

After more than a year of owning my iPhone, the battery life was to the point where I usually could not get through the day without it dying. I have an external Mophie battery pack, but it was about the same size as my iPhone and increased the weight and bulk in my pocket. Enter the juice pack helium which fits around the iPhone and, although adding weight, does not add much in size and there are no extra cords I need to keep in my pocket just to charge my iPhone. I now once again get a full day's use out of my iPhone with just the flip of a switch on the back of the juice pack helium and only have to plug it in to recharge both the iPhone and juice pack at night.

This is my second charging case, the first met an untimely demise in some water. Aside from the water, it has done an excellent job of protecting my phone from damage, and keeps me charged up throughout the day. I specifically searched for an identical one to my first, as I love both the color and function.

i bought this for my spouse, whose whole life is in her phone, from home & work email, calendar & scheduling, to-do lists, finance & banking apps, communication apps, making & receiving calls & the occasional distraction with games & as a lifeline between communication between husband and wife when at different places. she is a heavy user and i kept getting told her battery was about to die through the day, so i got her this. NO longer do i need to fear her battery will die and her world will end. she now has the ability to quickly juice up her phone and remain connected to her life & world. she is very happy, and i no longer have to fear not being able to get a hold of her when i need to. highly recommended for someone who uses phone alot.

This is one of several mophie Juice Packs I have tried. It claims to add 80% battery life to the iPhone battery, and as far as I can tell, it does just that. The case includes an internal 1500mAh battery which provides the power to charge the iPhone battery on the go. The case is also durable enough to provide a good degree of protection in case the phone is dropped. There are cutouts in the case to provide easy access to all iPhone controls and functions without having to remove the case. Included is also a line extension adapter to attach to your headphone cables so that the bottom of the case can remain in place when using headphones. There is a special USB charging cable included which allows simultaneous charging of both the iPhone and Juice Pack.

This external power case for the iPhone 5s is far easier to use than other cases with similar power ratings. It's two piece design was next to genius.
