I bought this thermometer based on limited number of reviews, but decided to trust Motorola brand. I think I made a right choice, as it's easy to use. I think if you want to buy something important, don't buy cheap alternatives. So far works good. Hope it will prove to be reliable in the coming years.

This no contact thermometer is wonderful! It’s so easy to use and very accurate. I bought two other ones before this one and they were terrible. But this one is great. You just turn it on aim and a beep sounds in a few seconds indicating that it is finished with taking the temperature. And these days no contact is really convenient. I recommend this to others.

Works very easy, and useful during this time. Have always bought Motorola as it's a very durable brand. Very easy to keep clean, and love that it is able to capture the temp without waking someone. Hope this last me some years before needing to replace it. Have shown a few people this product.
