Offered an awesome lightweight experience but with all the bells and whistles to knock a punch at the end of the world. Motorola, as moto then talking back with hello moto. What else do you want? If it was me, I wouldn't have messed around with it's unique style of left in the dark theme that was so stylish and new. Never have I seen such a dark, yet so sleek of a supersmartphone era talking back at me black theme of darkly colored everything. I don't know how to get it back thought with the newer software. Something tells me the AI system apologized but whoever got it over there must be a computer literate person to be unaware of permission rights easily to have been programmed by you in a school era. That was fun, but I disagree that as I am a smartphone giant computer guy and moto is here to stay... be my witness (pictures):

Easy to use , love the feel of it , it’s smooth and sleek and has lots of cool features! Had no problem connecting it with chosen carrier . The camera does lag a bit the quality of pictures are amazing

Good phone. Super snappy. Camera is good until fully zoomed in... At which point details become indescernable. Not good for gaming as the graphic chip is quite weak with dropped frame rated leading to stutter. Clean interface though.

The Motorola Edge (2023) is hands down my favorite phone I’ve owned. It’s beyond easy to use, has a great camera which produces quality photos, and runs incredibly smooth. It’s also a reliable and affordable phone packed with tons of noteworthy features, useful functions, and endless customization options.

Bought the cellphone for my mom to use and I would say that when it is on clearance, it is an absolute great deal. My mom is in her mid 60’s and don’t use the phone much more than facebook, instagram and she love taking a ton of pictures, which for her was the biggest highlight of the phone, the camera looks really good and it is perfect for the average users, some pictures that she took (in good conditions) are as good as my IPhone 15 Pro Max. I would recommend this product. The only downside is the battery, it’s not great, but also not horrible.

Using this phone since last week. Screen resolution is good. Camera is awesome during day light but not upto the mark during night or low ligh photography. Sound quality is good. It supporting eSim and Wifi Calling. Charging time is 1 hour with 65W charger. Batter backup is just one day or low, based on usage. But fast charging will help here.

Good little phone from Motorola. Has great storage, but missing headphone jack that bb description said it had. The edge is cool, but annoying at the same time; I pick it up and the edge is sensitive and opens up something unintended.

After two weeks of using this phone I wanted to return it but can't. The Best Buy return window is only 14 days! I would return this phone and go back to my old Motorola Z4 if I could. I bought this phone because I have had Motorola phones that have worked well in the past and I wanted the eSIM capability for travel while in Italy. Pros: -sleek/slim -Back panel texture is nice -eSIM is easy to install and use on phone -Memory/Storage -Android OS -Camera is adequate Cons: -Big screen with glass edges and slim design makes it difficult to use when holding. The screen edges are touchy and are either too sensitive or make it too difficult to open items at the curve. Often is effected by ones hand when holding it as the screen curves over the edge to where your hand comes into contact with slim thin phone. -Lack of case options to adequately protect it while remaining fully functional. Couldn't find them anywhere but on the Motorola website and that was only clear, no black option. (CAUTION: don't order the Edge+ cases, which there are plenty of online, as they are too big!) -Doesn't hold advertised charge. Usually didn't last a full day with using standard apps. I didn't watch videos or stream music on these days either. (Yes, I did all the suggested battery/charging optimizing steps) -Camera is adequate -I have had more issues with acquiring and keeping a connection to WiFi and Mobile Network (data) than I have had with the phone I was using which was a Motorola Z4 that I bought years ago. Not serious issues, but more a delay or infrequent dropping and requiring of connection that I didn't notice with old phone. This was true even when I returned home so not due to factors while traveling. Best Buy Experience: Pretty good. -14 days is way too short for a return window. I bought this phone the two days before I left for a two week trip to Europe. The plus is that I got a good opportunity to put the phone through its paces. The really negative is that the return window closed one day before I got back. Since I had decided that the Cons I listed above were more than I wanted to settle for I wanted to return the phone. Very disappointed that it wasn't a common 30 day window. -Online purchase was OK. -Liked option to see what store had item so that I could go there to pick it up as this was a time sensitive purchase before a trip. -In store help was a mix. The guy walked away when I came up to the counter to be helped and took a minute to come back, but was nice. -I would have preferred to do curb side pickup but the process wasn't clear to me so ended up going inside. May have been my issue as I was in a hurry. Due to the screen, possible connectivity issues, and short return window I wouldn't recommend this phone. If you find the Motorola Edge 2023 on sale, you are really interested in the eSIM function, and it feels good in your hand you might give it a try. But keep an eye on the calendar and that short return window!!!

The phone is awesome it really is but the customer service I received was amazing like I don't usually buy things online but over time I've come to realize that Best buy actually does have really decent prices on their products and I made a purchase online went to the store and it was waiting on me like it was really that simple so the phone itself is amazing I was looking to buy a Galaxy s23 but decided on this one instead but can't say I'm not happy with it

I've owned a series of Motorolas over the years and this is the nicest yet. I upgraded for the 256GB storage and it has been so nice to have, especially since I've started filming videos for my small business. The battery lasts for a couple of days, and I love the feature that prevents overcharging if you plug your phone in overnight. I don't have any issues with lag or slow loading apps. I'm not a huge mobile gamer but the ones I've tried have worked great. The camera quality is nice for an Android. The one downside is that it doesn't have a headphone jack. It works fine with Bluetooth earbuds, but it would be nice to be able to plug in wired headphones as a backup in case the BT ones run out of battery.

This phone reboots a few times a day. The headset disconnects, and the phone reboots. The headset then reconnects.
