I am very impressed with this monitor—it offers excellent picture quality and great responsiveness. It has been a fantastic addition to my setup. Also note I purchased a dell before this arrived broken. Look up any curved monitor and there are similar complaints. Perhaps even for MSI too. However this monitor came packaged with care as long as you pick it up with care you’ll be fine. Some instructions say to connect monitor arm and not pick it up from its side there all delicate. I do have a few minor notes for potential buyers: Speaker Quality: The built-in speakers are only decent. When I had a tower fan running in my room, I had to turn the volume up to the maximum level to hear clearly. Included Cables: A Thunderbolt cable is not included in the box, so you will need to purchase one separately (I was able to get one shipped next-day from Amazon). Setup: Note that you have to go into the monitor's settings to enable Thunderbolt charging. While the display works via USB-C out of the box, you’ll need to adjust that setting to get the power delivery features active.

Great ultrawide monitor. Granted, I only use this monitor as a third monitor to hold active screens I don't need on my main two (like YouTube videos), I really love it. MSI also has a program, Productivity Intelligence, which allows me to change the input of this monitor without reaching for the buttons on the bottom of it, that I find very convenient. I did try to hook up a FireCube to this monitor and have the sound routed through the headphone jack to speakers, but I could never get that work for me, but otherwise, I have had no problem with this monitor.
