Multiple scratched discs in set

Very disappointed to find multiple discs were scratched and unplayable. Was expecting more from something billed as new!

I'm a fan and enjoyed the series. Gald to own it. Now watching season 9. So far season 8 disc 1 = Disc Error and will not play at all. Hope it's the only disc I'll have replaced.
