Dont buy waste of money

had to disconnect and reconnect them five times and they’re still messed up. They keep changing colors without wanting it too. The white is no longer white. It’s a light blue wish I didn’t have to write this review which they worked as they said they would.

So Far Amazing Lights
Chil66 Posted
These lights are calming for me and i love the motion. You can choose from several scenes and save to favorites. These light strips even picked up the colors on my Meural frame. I am thinking of adding a set above my window in bedroom, due to its calming effect. You can schedule the lights to turn on and off. No connection issues. I am hopeful these lights will last a long time. I just wish they made thes’ lightstrips in a shorter length. Hated to cut so much light strip off.

Nanoleaf LEDs are excellent and I highly recommend them! They’re fantastic if you’re considering using them in your game room or if you want to sync them with your PC. It’s super easy to set up, and they really enhance the atmosphere.

Bright and Packed with LEDs
ScottDDev Posted
Bright and colorful, with more LEDs than many other lightstrips. They look great on their own and also work well with some third-party ambient lighting apps that add thunderstorm, fire, and music-reactive effects.

I Regret My Purchase
goconfigure Posted
I bought these lights for an RV - for a little extra light above the cabinets. In order to make Matter work, you have to have a Thread Border router. I did not have one at the time so I bought an Apple Home Pod just for that feature. I was able to connect via Matter and get my Alexa to control the lights by voice commands but I feel that Nanoleaf may be having some comapany issues as their support line is very slow to respond to questions. Over all, I wish that I would have bought Govee instead as this system constantly disconnects and currently can only be controlled via Bluetooth on my iPad. Not ideal. Meanwhile my Govee lights are great.

It’s great to hear you were able to set up your lights with Matter and connect them through Alexa, though we understand the frustrations you've had with stability and support response times.
We’re always working to improve connectivity, especially in unique environments like RVs where network conditions can vary, and your insights are incredibly valuable in helping us do that. We're also actively working to reduce response times and improve the overall support experience.
If you're open to it, we'd love to help troubleshoot the disconnection issues further. Feel free to reach out via https://support.nanoleaf.me/hc/en-us/requests/new with the details — we’re happy to assist however we can to make the setup more reliable for your space. - Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Disappointing brightness and network instability
StevenC Posted
Half the brightness of some competitors. Lost its network connection several times in a single week despite the network having a strong 2.4 GHz dedicated access point 15 feet away.

We are sorry to hear that your Multicolor HD Lightstrip did not meet your expectations in terms of brightness and network stability. While the lightstrip is designed to balance vivid color performance with energy efficiency, we understand that perceived brightness can vary depending on placement and ambient lighting, and repeated connectivity drops are not the experience we want you to have even on a strong dedicated 2.4 GHz network. We appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback, as it helps us identify areas for improvement, and we would encourage you to reach out to our support team so we can review your setup in detail and see how we can assist further.

Thanks for sharing your experience! We're glad to hear you enjoyed the lights while they lasted, but we're sorry to hear they stopped working after a year. That’s not the durability we aim for. Please reach out to our support team at the Nanoleaf website and we’d love to see how we can help!
