I bought this video game for my son and he loves it!!

Best 2k yet. Graphics and realism is great. It definitely takes a little time to get used to the new and improved defenses, but that alone makes it way more realistic than 2k15. I felt that 2k15 had a lot more gimmicks and tricks that you could use to trick the defense and score every time. Now, it finally feels real and you might actually have to call for a screen to get free and drain a high percentage shot... It was definitely worth the $60…

The story line is pretty ridiculous, you might as well skip through it. However, the game delivers on basketball game play. Spike Lee dropped the ball completely on this story. Besides it being unimportant, there's the main issue that I'm a caucasian male. Yet somehow, Freq. (John) still has a very questionable voice given the race. This can be overlooked. It happens. Then my entire family is African American. While it's weird initially, I simply told myself that I'm adopted. It makes sense. My drug addicted mother left me on the streets and this wonderful African American family sheltered me from the cold. A heart warming tale really. Until the mother recalls how I earned the nickname Freq by moving all around during pregnancy. Suddenly my elaborate scheme is shattered and it's now completely false. No credibility. Also, while we're talking story mode, Freq is a bad nickname. Really? Freakin and vibin? No.

This is currently my favoite game and I play it almost daily. The graphics are amazing, the best I have ever seen on a sports game. The game play is amazing and very realistic. The moverment of the players mimic the actual players movements in real life. For example Lebron James in the game moves just like Lebron James in real life. They even have accurate shoes and hair cuts and update them as the season goes along. Amazing attention to detail by 2k. The servers also seem to be good when playing online. I also like how they updated the shooting system to award players for the quality of the shot. No more standing on the three point line making every contested three with ray allen. If you take a bad contested shot, you will probably miss badly even if you shooting with steph curry. Which is more realistic and forces players to play real basketball.

This game is amazing. They put so many different features and details into it. Playing a basic game is just like watching an NBA game on tv. All the commentary and player interviews and what not. And dont even get me started on mycareeer. Spike Lee did his thing.. THere were times where thered be like a 15 minute cut scene but it was so interesting you could hardly noticed. They really made it into a movie. I havent tried too many of the online features yet but im sure theyre going to be amazing..... DONT BUY THIS GAME UNLESS YOU HAVE NEXT GEN (I made that mistake on 2k15)

This game has exceeded all my expectations! Graphics are about as close to real life as I have ever played. Looks incredible on my Vizio 4K tv. The game's controls are very responsive and can be learned quickly and easily. The many settings allow you to dial in the competitiveness of your opponent. Only flaw I have found is the online registering of my account does not complete. Keep getting an error and must re-enter it every two days.

I buy every year. 2k never disappoints! 2k16 is a great game! The all new my player career is awesome! The spike lee movie in the beginning is awesome and customizing your my court and things are just great. The game runs so smooth with the game play. The graphics are like watching a real game! I cant say enough positive things and enough reasons to buy this game!

Great game with some nice updates on the already existing modes. The one update that stands out the most to me is the ability to dictate how your defense addresses pick and rolls. That level of detail in a game takes leaps and bounds towards truly making this a NBA simulation. - My preferred mode is MyCareer. The changes Spike Lee brought are...interesting. It's cool that they build up a story going into your NBA career as well as throughout your rookie season, but I would've liked for it to have been interactive. The cut scenes between games are essentially a movie (a lot of which was pulled from He Got Game) and you have no say or control over anything other than what college you attend. After your rookie season, the game shifts back into what has been the norm in previous generations of the game. - The 2K Pro-Am is nice! Being able to run 5 on 5 games with your created player has, for me, always been the coolest part of this franchise. Overall, if you own any other version of this game, I'd suggest you upgrade to this one ASAP.

This game is similar to 2K15, but with the new advancements and enhancements, it is a whole new ballgame. The controls are easy and you player doesn't just move on its own do moves that you weren't trying. I still enjoy My Career mode as you try to make it on a team and improve your status.

This game is pretty amazing. From the extremely realistic graphics to the easy yet satisfying gameplay, NBA 2K16 delivers an authentic performance that is very fun to play. This game never gets boring and there are many different game modes to explore and have fun with.

I've been playing 2K for the longest time. 2K basketball It's one of my favorites and now I have 2K16 I play with all my friends and they love it too . it looks so real also. 2k16 is just getting better and better every time and I will continue buying this games on my ps4.

The long boring Story of 'my Player ' mode was horrible, never think that the Great Spike Lee wouldnt have been more creative or better yet less creative too much movie like and less control of your destiny in the game, dont worry Spike its not all your fault. DEAR 2K LET JAYZ PRODUCE 2K AGAIN 2K13 WAS THE BEST OF THE 2K SERIES.

NBA 2k 16 did not disappoint this time around as usual. The graphics are top notch and if you have the PS4 camera when you swear or scream out loud the game gives you a technical foul. Very realistic. great game for the PS4.

Overall 2K is a good basketball simulation. Input lag has been reduced this year and gameplay is fluid. There are plenty of game modes to keep one busy for a while and there are plenty of classic teams like my 93-94 Rockets squad that bring out the basketball geek in me. If you like basketball buy this game.

The game overall is a 5 star game. Excellent graphics and gameplay. Unfortunately, the addition of the "Spike Lee Joint" in carrer mode is a bit off. 2K Sports should have separated the Spike Lee story from the "Career Mode, in my opinion.
