Q: This is just a DVD that comes with the game?? Its not a game itself right?? Exactly what is it?

A: I believe you are supposed to put the actual game inside the steel case if you do not want to keep the game inside the regular case.

Q: Do you get a seperate email for pickup for this steelbook? Or just one email for pickup when the game is ready and the steelbook is automatically put with the game?

A: Your a correct. Just a steel book to hold game. Not necessary, but if you were a fan of Kobe . It's nice to have it.

Q: Will we get this when we pick up the game ? I’m asking because I ordered the game online

A: Yes when you get the game you will receive both at the same time.

Q: I ordered the game and controllers. When I picked up the items the steelbook was not included. Will I get another email to pick up the steelbook?

Q: Ordered 2 games...one for each grandson 10 and 12. My husband picked them up...only received one steel book :( Anyway to get another?? Can’t give to one and not the other.

A: I think the Steel books were limited to one per purchase/household.

Q: I didn’t receive an email to pick up this up since when I picked up the game they didn’t have any steel cases in stock. Can I still get a free one if my pick up order for this was canceled because I never picked it up due to no receiving an email?

A: No must buy the game n they delivered the cover separately if not in stock at store
