I love my Nest Hub 7" Smart Display with Google Assistant (2nd Gen) so much that I bought a 2nd one for my home office. I even ordered one for my dad for Father's Day. I use the Sleeping app to keep track of how well I am sleeping at night, then review my stats in the morning. I enjoy viewing the changing pictures on the Nest Hub on my desk while I work and listening to soft music. I use it to control my smart light bulbs in all of the rooms in my house. I ask the Google Assistant about the events on my calendar, set reminders, and various questions all day long. Often she has better answers than Alexa. I am still learning all the wonderful things it can do.

This is a nice little home hub for my nightstand. Controls all my Google Home devices via speech queries with Home Assistant SDK, tracks my sleep and via casting, I have the sounds of ocean waves lull me to sleep at night. Sometimes I cast the local TV news to the hub and that is rather enjoyable via HULU. Still waiting on Gemini while others have received that via software update. For the money this is a nice little hub for what it does

The Google nest hub 2nd gen is a good addition to my Google investment. The automated system allows for seamless integration into my daily lifestyle. The 2nd gen nest hub has the ability to monitor my sleep. It's positioned a few feet away from my bed and give me feedback when i wake about my sleep, also can play media, make calls and chat. The product was fairly priced and best buy's delivery service didn't keep me waiting for days to get a start on what I had planned for the item. So I'm satisfied with the purchase and looking forward to my next best buy order.

The perfect option for managing your smart home devices. Not only do you get the usual Google Assistant functionality, but you get much more! View your cameras, turn on/off your lights, watch YouTube, and so much more! Having a quick glance at the home screen saves me time and effort to check the time, weather, date, and any calendar events. One small downside I’ve encountered is the occasional lag/frame drops when initially switching through different screens. Other than that, everything works great. Find the perfect place for this and start creating the perfect home!

I have been using this hub for over a year now and it has been a phenomenal experience. It does exactly what I need it to do which is assist with my home automation and provide an easy form of access to listen to music in different areas of my house with the google home app. I was very dubious at first but it has truly made my life simpler and is an excellent tool that I use everyday.

I wasn't sure about Google Hub when I first got it. Most of our devices are iOS but we have a lot of smart home features that work well with google. After having this for over a month now, I love it and would highly recommend it to other people that are looking for a hub for their smart devices. One of my favorite features of this is the photo feature. I can load up an album through google photos and they will continuously rotate through them. For portrait photos, you can have two show side by side instead of having dead space around the photo. The one feature I haven't found super accurate is sleep tracking. It will give me a summary the next morning and it's almost always lower than how much sleep I actually got. Besides that, I love that I can play music, look at photos, watch shows, and YouTube videos, or even check on my security cameras. Highly would recommend and I'll most likely be getting another one on the other side of my house.

Excellent device that did exactly what we needed it to do. Setup was easy, honestly took no more than 5 minutes. Connected to our router and other Google speaker devices flawlessly. Connected to our record player via Bluetooth easily as well. Display is nice and fits in well with our decor. Overall we're very happy with the purchase.

Great for a control panel for your smart devices. Big enough screen to see everything easily, but small enough to fit it just about anywhere you need it. Sound quality is decent.

The lack of camera makes duo calls with video option unnecessary. Google seems to be having lots of bugs and you may have a difficult time trying to register for the sleep sensor feature to be enabled. The media interaction leaves a lot to be desired as you can't see your playlists to choose from only the recommendations list (speaking for Spotify, I don't use any other music apps) Improved sound and mic means better interactive experience. I greatly enjoy the dim screen and nighttime schedule options. As with most of Google products, sometimes the foundation of Google itself is what let's down the items that depends on Google network improvement and software updates. Overall not a bad purchase but as compared to Amazon products, Google is a bit behind the curve.

Great purchase! I highly recommend it. The sound quality is excellent, and it's very easy to use. Overall, a fantastic product for the price.

This actually has some great audio to the speakers along with treble and bass. I really enjoy being able to connect it to my Nest Doorbell and use it as a camera and audio to see whats going on. Connecting it to netflix is a strange feature, but ends up being pretty cool when cooking for awhile in the kitchen. Can connect to Apple music which is great! Controls all google home devices too like thermostat and speakers/cameras.

I haven’t had this hub very long. I’m sure I’ve only scratched the surface. I bought it to go along with my Google Security system. So far it doesn’t do much with the security system and it has a male voice that I haven’t found out how to change. I do like the way it connects to my tv, but you have to be Very Specific in your instructions. I only found this out when I was “hey googling” it, and the tv started responding. Very frustrating in the beginning. As I played around with it, I found the response time was very slow. That’s why I gave it a 4. I’ll have to give it more time to find out what else it can do for me.

Bought this because it was on sale and had a little extra money. Honestly one of the best things I could have done. Since I bought it I use it all the time and ended up buying the thermostat and minis for all around the house. Bought a second one for my grandmother as she is getting older and she loves it that she can call me on duo.

Fits all my needs to view cams, gel weather forecast, alarms, music etc. Also, subtle in appearance and blends in with my decor. Hey Google what is my monitor called a nest hub hey Google what kind of device are you

I love the sleep tracking functionality, I also have an Apple Watch but I prefer to charge it at night. I do find that the UI lags sometimes, which is the main reason I won't give it 5 stars. Also, on the odd occasion it accidentally thinks I said Hey Google when I didn't.

Excellent product from Google. Easy to set, I use it for Nest security cameras, turning things on and off in and outside the house, and play SiriusXM Radio. The only thing that didn’t work was the free 3 month subscription to You Tube Premium. I don’t know why, but You Tube said I wasn’t eligible :-(
