New Tales from the Borderlands Deluxe is a fun, narrative-driven adventure set in the chaotic and humorous Borderlands universe. As a fan of the original Tales from the Borderlands, I was excited to see how this game would capture that same magic. The story is filled with the series’ signature offbeat humor and quirky characters, which I loved. The choices you make feel impactful, adding to the replayability and keeping the game engaging throughout. However, I found that the pacing can feel a bit slow at times, and the humor doesn’t always land as well as it did in the original. Some of the mini-games also felt a little out of place or repetitive. That said, the Deluxe edition offers some nice extras for fans of the franchise, making it a great option for anyone who enjoys a good story-driven experience with a touch of Borderlands’ signature chaos. Overall, while it may not fully live up to the original, it’s still a worthwhile adventure for fans of the series.

Great game for the price. For $9.99, it's definitely worth it! Borderlands is a crazy fun series whether you're playing the mainline line games, Tiny Tina or Tales!

I have a hard time expressing, in writing, how much I thoroughly enjoyed Tales/New Tales from the Borderlands! This game is absolutely incredible, especially if you are a true Borderlands fan! It's not the typical FPS game. This is more of a story play-through where your decisions effect the outcome of the game. You follow along and make decisions as the games story line progresses. Incredible characters, amazing story, awesome music (To the Top by Twin Shadow was an unexpected surprise) and insanely funny dialog! I loved how many of the core characters were integrated into this game! Borderlands at its finest!

Game was not wjat i expected. Found enjoyment but the first one feels more like a Borderlands game. This one fell short.

I typically don't like the Telltale games, but the Tales From The Borderlands series caught my attention. You basically just sit through long cinematics and make a few decisions for the characters, so don't expect any FPS action. That said, there is some entertainment value here if you'd like to dig a little deeper into the lore of Borderlands.

I bought this on a whim and wasn’t quite sure to expect. This is a novel game not a game game. But I tell you want, this is one of the best storytelling I’ve ever experienced.

An interesting add-on to Borderlands. It has the expected humor and standard play. Getting it at a discount on sale and then having best buy match the price of their second sale on it was even better,

If you're a fan of Telltale games, this is a great deal. Includes the original Tales game as a digital code. If you're a fan of Borderlands gameplay, you may want to look up reviews as this isn't the same type of loot shooter.
