Great machine, needs a tweak to make full cubes!
I'd love to give this machine five stars. It works great and makes tons of ice, crystal clear. My only complaint is the thickness of the ice. It "bridges" before the ice is a complete cube. I have tried adjusting the time for dropping the ice, without any luck. my home is air conditioned to 70 degrees, and the water temp is at least that cool.

Loud Machine
I want to like this machine, but I just can't. It's unbelievably loud and the ice cubes bridge before it fully freezes, so I have to chop them up everytime. I will be replacing this with another product.
