This ice maker makes ice quick. It fill our ice bin in less the 1 hr. The only down fall is that it does not keep the ice cold.

Best Buy did a great job. They got me a new ice machine under my warranty.

Makes great ice fast! Efficient. Clean stainless steel outer shell. It is noisy at night if you try to sleep in the room next to the kitchen-looking to relocate it across the room.

Great little ice maker for the price! It produces all the ice I need in a day and starts producing quickly. I like the shape of the ice, which is similar to a hollow bullet. It's easy to fill and easy to drain. The quality of the unit appears good, but I guess time will tell. I have been using this ice machine for 3 weeks. The only negative I have is the sound of the ice dropping and being deposited in the plastic basket. The noise can be a distraction at times.

Easy to use and enjoy the larger ice cubes. Makes ice cubes faster than the other one we had.

Liked the ice it made and how much it made but after 3 months it started leaking. Returned it but they were not selling this item anymore.

This seems to be a pretty good ice maker. It has a auto turn off. Our last two machines did not last long. Hopefully this one will. It is big though. Takes up some counter space, but it is also attractive.

We love our ice maker. Only down fall which is user error is I hate filling it up with water all of the time. Great product that produces lots of ice as long as you keep it filled with water like you are supposed to. Makes ice quickly!

I’m obsessed with my new ice maker from Best Buy! It’s super efficient and cranks out ice fast, which is perfect for our busy household. I was also surprised by how large the capacity is—it keeps up with everything from daily drinks to entertaining guests without missing a beat. Setup was easy, and it’s been a total game-changer this summer. Highly recommend!

Overall, very pleased with this purchase. It makes a great amt of ice in a short time. It touts a self clean feature. This means you have to measure 1c vinegar and 1 c water to run through unit in self clean mode. You must then run a normal batch of ice through to get rid of the vinegar smell/taste. To me, that doesn't completely seem "self cleaning" bc I still have to go a considerable amount of effort. Like I said though, we are glad we made the purchase bc it does what it's supposed to do: make ice.

This is not going to make ice immediately. But leaving it alone on a hot summers days for a few hours then coming back to a couple pounds worth of ice constantly makes it worth it.

This bad boy cam in handy when we invited friends over during the playoffs. I'll never have to worry about having enough ice.

I really like this ice maker. You really have to stay on top of the ice as it makes because it melts pretty quick. If you take it out and put it in an ice bag and freeze it will produce a lot of ice but not the 50 lbs it says. Overall I still like the ice maker.

Well so far so good. Hopefully, it last longer than the last Ice maker I purchased. Never heard NewAir before but it had some good reviews. I guess time will tell.

Makes fast ice in large or small size bullets and ice automatically stays at full capacity ice just add water as needed

We bought this thing with the thought that it would produce 50 lbs of ice a day as advertised. Well, maybe it does...if you want to fill/unfill the water container and the ice container about 20 times in a day. IN my mind I thought "50 lbs of ice perfect...I go out somewhere, fill the ice chest, and I am done" That unfortunately was not the case. We took it back.
