This wireless remote works well with my Nikon D-7100. Very useful for my amateur night sky photographs. Attaching an example photo, not because it is anything special, but because I took it the night I received the remote.

This infrared remote works really well with my D7200 camera. I use it all the time photographing scenics and landscapes, as well as large groups. You'll appreciate it even more when your camera is on a tripod. It will help avoid camera shake when using slower shutter speeds. The ML-L3 Remote Controller won't take any room in your camera bag. I love how inexpensive this device is.

I've enjoyed this remote so far. It's very small and lightweight, fairly easy to use. I've used it mostly for photos of running water of some sort. I'm eager to use it in future portrait shots as well. I think for the price range, it's a very good affordable piece for a photographer's setup. I'm glad I bought it so far. Pros: small, cheap, good for reducing blur/shaking of camera shots. Cons: no directions to remote, you must be fairly close to the camera to use it, sometimes the shot will delay a second or two.

Absolutely happy with this product. I was able to hook it up to my Nikon DSLR D3300 in 5 minutes. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because it does not include the instructions on how to link it to your camera. You have to go on-line to find out. But other than that, it works as described!

It is very responsive and I like its small size. It is a little smaller than the third party vender remotes so I am very satisfied that I bought this remote. I have to hold the remote while doing other activities and I can do that and press the button without really noticing I am holding the remote.

size is great--smaller than generic brands; from its small size, can easily operate the remote in one hand while multi-tasking with setting up photographs

The ML-L3 wireless remote is a refreshingly simple (one button...that's it) companion to your compatible Nikon camera. (NOTE: This IS compatible with the Nikon D7000/D7100...the Best Buy website does not indicate that.) As I try to pick up the mantle of photography once again, I needed a remote to trigger the shutter on my Nikon D7000. During the old days of film, I had a wired shutter release, and from that experience, I know the positives and negatives of wired remotes, so I was happy that my camera was compatible with this wireless remote. The ML-L3 is tiny--even tinier than the Best Buy in-house Rocketfish remove--but not dainty or flimsy at all. Once the included battery is loaded (pull out the plastic strip to establish contact), you just set your camera to the remote mode and it works. I have had no issues so far. I don't know how long the battery lasts or how it compares to other remotes of its type, but I like it.

great for distance shots where a steady hand is imperative. With this you dont even touch the camera after your shot is perfect.

I love this little remote. I use it most of the time for long exposure photography. Easy to use and good range as well..

This handy little device is a MUST-HAVE for photographers! I find it perfect when taking pictures where I need to stand away from the camera, and it's perfect for taking steady, focused shots while using a tripod: this is especially helpful when taking pictures of far away objects (like the moon) and/or taking super close-up shots where any slight shake of the camera is really noticeable. ----- I recommend this awesome little remote to all! :) ♥

Works as expected. Yes, you have to point it directly at your camera, but it's also about 1/5 the price of the high end version, plus Nikon has a selfie app so to speak that you can use similarly. I didn't want to use my phone and this little gadget did the trick. Works as expected.

I found the wireless remote to be on the whole an excellent product. My only reservation is that I feel it needs a longer distance capability. 16 feet is okay for portraits and such but sometimes you need to be even farther away such as with wildlife shots. Or better still provide a corded model that can operate from greater distances.

The remote works great. Very simple to use and was a good price.

Simple and straight forward remote. No setup needed. Worked well for my Nikon D7100. My only suggestion would be a loop for a small strap to hang the remote around your neck. Almost dropped it while shooting waterfalls.

Ordered a camera for my granddaughter for Christmas and it came with a remote that didn't work unless it was right in front of the camera. This works from a long distance and is perfect! Ordered on line and went in to pick it up. Best way to buy if you know what you want!

Purchased the exact remote needed for my Nikon camera. It worked perfectly but I needed to go to web to get some additional help understanding how to get max use out of it. I have been extremely happy with it and plan to use it for night and long exposure shots.

Tried using an Amazon purchased device before purchased this one and had some issues with it always triggering my camera (D7000). Replaced it with this remote and issues went away. Remote worked extremely well even at a distance of about 20 feet.

Paired flawlessly with my D7100. Got it cheaper when they price matched B&H Photo. Only downsides are shooting bracketed shots, you have to push the button for each shot. It's also REALLY tiny, so it's easy to lose.
