Additionally, the lens offers a reduced minimum focusing distance of 0.4m, down from 0.6m, enabling photographers to capture intricate details and close-up shots with ease. This makes it especially suitable for photographing everyday subjects such as food, crafts, and other life scenes.Equipped with a fast and accurate autofocus system, the lens utilizes an STM and lead screw-type stepping motor. This technology supports autofocus recognition for eyes, animals, and cars, ensuring smooth and quiet focusing that allows photographers to capture remarkable moments effortlessly. The lens also features a Type-C interface for firmware updates, conveniently located on the rear lens cap, enhancing the lens's aesthetics while supporting image stabilization for video stability. Please note that a Type-C cable with data transfer functionality is required, and upgrades are best performed with a Windows system, preferably Windows 10.
