The first one had a non-working keyboard after all the updates, the company assured me that was unusual so they had me return it and quickly replaced it. The second one had the same problem, geek squad tried a usb keyboard- did not work . He informed me this was the 5th one he saw, and then they did not want to refund on the item because it was over 14 days. Best Buy "POLICY"
