I love this vacuum, the only complaint I have is that it is cheaply made. It broke on me yesterday. I kept having problems with the vacuum coming unattached while in use. It completely broke yesterday while vacuuming. The entire top portion broke where the pole attaches. I've only had it for a few months. I never left it outside, I properly cared for it as instructed and now I have no vacuum.
