I wish to give zero starts if there was a chance, the worst phone that i bought in my life. Its very very slow, the apps take forever to open, the other person on the call wont be able to hear our voice properly, touch is terrible, calls get dropped. Its the worst as it can be. If Nokia stopped making good phones, they should not make phones at all. I wouldn't want my worst enemy to use this phone. This is just for 2-3 days emergency phone that's it.

It a very basic and enough for emergencies. The processor is very slow, but in general; not too bad for the price.

It nice and light. A little long. The camera and optics makes a ridge that can catch on things if not careful. Everything works like I want it to after set up. Recommend getting a case for it as soon as you can.

It was a very shocking experience buying this product from Best Buy. And I am frustrated about the refund policy. I went to Best Buy for an unlocked phone to be used in Bangladesh. The representative suggested buying the Nokia C300. I have no idea about that product (I should not have since I just wanted something to use in Bangladesh). But unfortunately, I could not use that phone in Bangladesh. Whenever I came back to Best Buy to discuss this issue, the representative was stating that the product was not for Bangladesh. It is frustrating to be treated like that (whenever I clearly stated I want an unlocked phone to use in Bangladesh). I asked to get a refund, but the refund policy was for 14 days. I asked for a replacement—there is no replacement. At last, I asked for a trade-in. The representative declared the trade-in amount is zero (0) dollars!!!!!!!! It is painful for a graduate international student like me.

I gave it a three because its slow to load and the camera is not great. Nokia use to be a good phone, not anymore
