The stability of this unit is outstanding. I wanted to love it but.... The frame feels cheap when compared to a steel frame, such as the Peloton. I run outdoors in the PNW and was hoping to find an alternative to running in the rain. I selected this model due to the folding option, smaller deck, large screen and warranty. I loved all those things but as a runner, I expected better programming options. One of the features that Norditrack boasts is their "Google map run, a huge selling perk. I assumed that it would be fluid, and instead, it is useless. What you see are still images and they load in a very fragmented and clunky. The fan is another selling point but the fan sounds like the entire unit is preparing for takeoff. You cannot hear over the fan so you are forced to wear earbuds.. which would be fine if the Bluetooth worked. My earbuds worked only 1/2 of the time and I had to stop and re-connect 5-6 times in a 20-minute jog. The unit is quiet but the belt is cheap, so you hear a zipping sound from your shoes rubbing the mat. It drove me nuts. The incline and decline are a nice feature but I would have liked a higher incline for the price point.

This treadmill is a solid performer and in terms on the build quality and function, I’d give it five stars. That said, I do have some issues that pull it down from five stars. It’s primarily the iFit software. The work outs are awesome and it’s nice to be able to connect it to a heart monitor to adjust the work out speed. The problem I have, is that if you are running faster than the trainer, you end up running waaaaay further than the intended distance. If you’re new to running, this probably won’t be an issue. If you are a fast runner though, you might find this frustrating. Separate and aside from the machine, make sure your electrical in the house is running well. When I installed it, as soon as the motor would kick on, it would trip the circuit. We had a 20 amp circuit which is well over what is needed. The circuit felt warm at the breaker panel so we had it replaced with a new one. After that, we had now issues.

I am super happy i bought this. The ifit is awesome! The treadill adjusts with the program! The only complaint i have is the noisy fan.

Absolutely love my Treadmill, I had a little hiccup on installing it myself but called on the warranty, they sent someone out who adjusted it and have not had any issues with it since. Love the large touch screen.

Great treadmill! Quiet, wide track and a nice big screen. Everyone in the family is enjoying being able to run or walk without having to go outside in the rain & cold. The contracted delivery/assembly guys were AMAZING!!!

Worth the price I paid for it. As a runner I found the incline just perfect. I use I fit and the way the treadmill adjusts to the programs are amazing. You will not regret if you purchase. Putting the treadmill together was easy. I would recommend the purchase.

Purchased this treadmill on Oct. 5th 2023 and I payed for installation. I was unable to use it due to health issues until 1/12/2024. After a few days of use the arms and the screen shakes and rattles to the point of it feels like the screen is going to fall off. I spent an hour on the phone between Best Buy and Nordictrack trying to get someone to come out and address the issue. I am still on hold with hopes to get it resolved. I will submit an update if/when the issue is addressed. I am very disappointed so far.

This is a good piece of equipment. I enjoy it everyday. My old commercial Nordictrack treadmill lasted 22 years and I put over 80,000 miles on it. I think the new will last as long.

Love my treadmill and the ifit programs are wonderful. Lots of options. Wish we could stream You Tube or Netflix for other streaming options.

enjoyed the treadmill and then the fan stopped working. called nordic track deadend. there support is non existent.. so I called Best Buy they won't send anyone out to fix it they want to replace it however its not in stock.. I just want my fan to work. support is awful from both companies
