The X24 bike and ifit courses are great. The bike is resistance and inclination functions really make it feel like you are on the trail with the trainer. My only bad experience was with the company in my region (Ottawa Canada) who delivered the bike. I paid for the white glove service (they would deliver the bike in the room in my house and assemble it). The did deliver it to the room but they had never assembled an X24 bike. It was the first time they saw the instructions and were stumbling to figure out how to do it. I had to show them a YouTube video on how to do it and they follow those instructions with my help). I informed ifit and they did give me a partial refund on the white glove cost I paid (that was good on there part) so no complaint on the ifit customer service.

It's a good bike but my pedals broke

I love my NordicTrack X24! It's sleek, sturdy, and incredibly smooth to ride. The huge touchscreen, automatic resistance and incline adjustments, and variety of iFIT workouts make every ride fun and engaging. I love the different instructors and destinations, and there's always something new to try. Best of all, I actually look forward to my workouts!

My NordicTrack X24 Bike is an amazing machine. What makes it truly special is that it goes far beyond just indoor cycling. The different iFIT trainers not only help me improve my fitness, nutrition, technique, and overall knowledge, but they also take me on incredible journeys around the world. I get to experience different countries, cultures, landscapes, weather conditions, terrains, and riding styles-all while training at home. The combination of the X24 Bike, the trainers, and the immersive routes makes every workout different. Some days it feels like a serious training session; other days, it feels like I'm exploring a new part of the world on my bike. For someone who loves cycling, fitness, travel, and adventure, it's an incredible experience. It doesn't just make me want to exercise-it makes me look forward to the next ride.

I was looking for an indoor experience to ride during the months of poor weather. Spin cycles are fine, but don't provide a road bike feel. The NordicTrack NEW X24 Bike provides a smooth ride, easy start, and dynamic workout options. It's better than I had hoped, and I highly recommend.

Overall very happy with the bike. The seat is creaking a little bit , have to tighten up nuts and bolts of seat.

I absolutely LOVE this bike!! Great work-outs with iFit and the large screen makes all the difference in immersive rides. The auto-adjust to fit the ride is fantastic! This bike is worth every penny you pay for it.

I recently purchased the new X24 as an upgrade from my older ss2i model, and I'm very pleased with it thus far. It has a small footprint in our home gym, and is a very smooth ride, even relative to the ss2i. Both my husband and I have been enjoying the variety of programming with the IFIT membership, both for the bike specifically AND for floor workouts off the bike. Also, having Netflix, etc has lured us to riding even more!

The first piece of exercise equipment I've ever looked forward to using. It's actually fun.

I cross train and mix up trail running, strength training and cycling (both spin & outdoor). I chose this over peloton because I needed something that could give me outdoor experience + studio. This fit the bill! Nordic track is my go-to because the programs auto adjust for you!

The bike ride is very smooth. The screen size is great. The workout in Australia is beautiful.

Loving the bike and classes so far!

I'm not a huge bike rider so this has been great to start simple and work my way up. I have a strong incline to my house so the incline feature will help me prepare to ride up it on my regular bike.

My new X24 bike started making a lot of noise after six uses. I think the back wheel is out of alignment and when I try to get service it shows you how to fix it yourself. I don't really want to fix a brand new exercise bike I just bought myself. All their computer technology makes it impossible to talk to a real person that can help. I've spent hours attempting to get help.

We purchased the bike and Treadmill X24 combo in January to be delivered to our new property February 24th. Our Ifit subscription was started the day of purchase, even though we had no machines for a month. Then they were dumped off outside, literally the guys took the machines off the truck with a FORKLIFT and left them on my driveway. The treadmill box states it is 300+lbs. I had to contact the company for them to come back to put it in my garage as they claimed they were not aware I had one and could not enter the property. From there we had to find someone to help with the 300+lb box as my husband has a herniated disk and cannot lift such weight even with help. THE BIKE DIDN'T WORK. We finally got it set up, now almost 2 months after purchase of everything. The bike screen kept turning off mid ride, then going to the Ifit screen with the audio of the trainer still going and everything frozen. After months of calls and live video with IT technicians, 2 weeks ago they delivered a new screen. I was told the technician would schedule the install within 5 business days. After 10 business days I called, explained that its May 22nd, I've been paying for Ifit membership since JANUARY and the bike still cannot be used. They offered a 1 month extension and a call back to schedule the install within 24h. . . I'm still waiting.

Very satisfied so far.
