I use this machine to make large batches of iced tea! I use loose leaf tea inside and the dial reduces the amount of liquid that comes out so the brew is stronger! Very well made, lightweight and easy to use!

I bought this on June 6th but didn't give it to my husband until two weeks later for father's day. On July 2nd it was sitting on the counter and the bottom part of the pitcher Broke off. VERY disappointed!!! I'm outside the 15 days so can't return it but it is obviously not made to handle the cold/ hot exchange an ice tea maker should be made for. It was used most everyday but should last longer than 14 uses.

I love this little machine and with a ice maker it's a breeze at making my own ice coffee or latte or anything cold this thing does the job quickly. No more running to marked up coffee joints for my favorite brew, with my elite statis it only cost me $6.00 plus tax.

Absolutely wonderful. We loved it and it made great tea. The only problem is the pitcher is kinda fragile and broke when placing the tea on our counter one day.

I use this year round for my iced tea fix. It works great and is very simple to get a pitcher on and ready. You need to experiment at first to see how many tea bags to use to get the tea strength that you want.

Best Buy should immediately stop selling this product. It’s actual capacity is only 2 quarts. The bottom broke out after I dumped ice into it.
