I used this and connect it to a voice recorder to record phone calls for legal purposes. It works like a charm and is easy to hook up. Can hear my voice and the caller. No problem. I guess price is a little high for what it does but I got it on sale for about $14.

Works as intended, put in ear then use it to record telephone conversations. Both caller and person called are legibly recorded, WURKS GREAT!

I use this at work very regularly. I have to record my calls for quality control and I love that I can record calls from whatever phone I receive the call (home, work, cell). The recording quality is great! The mic is sensitive enough that your voice can be heard clearly.

Ordered item and it just didn’t work so bummed out! Tried using it on my iPhone, Samsung phone, also I bought this Sony voice digital voice recorder and didn’t work on that neither! So I called Best Buy customer Service and they exchanged item so I received new item and same thing didn’t work! Why would they sale items that don’t work! Please fix that problem because I need something like this

Wont work when i plug into my computer, i cant hear any sound.

We spent several hours trying different local office stores for this product not thinking Best Buy would have it! Took a chance and stopped in store....had it! It has great sound quality and noise cancellation. Great price too!
