I ordered this from Best Buy because my store doesn't stock projectors. It came quickly by FedEx and was well packaged. The unit isn't heavy like my old Epson 5040 and it has a nice picture. The remote, which is needed for the setup, wouldn't open. I took the remote to my local Best Buy. The Geek Squad staff couldn't open it either. They recommended to return the entire unit. So there you have it, a faulty remote renders the entire unit unusable.

This is not a native 4k projector. Bestbuy's website says it is, but the manufacturer says it is not. If Native 4k is what you're looking for do not buy this projector. I purchased this model and found out a few days later it was not 4k native. I took it right back!

Project looks great any time of the day. Had it a few months now and it looks crisp while watching movies and playing games. It does produce some heat in the room, but nothing thats too bad
