Have not gotten to work. Bought two monitors from Best Buy as a Christmas present for my fiance. Didnt put them up until a couple weeks ago. This splitter was suppose to work with them and computer per service person at Jensen Beach store. Tried screens individually on computers port. Found one not working. Took back. The Geek Squad person said it was damaged. No sign of it on surface. Showed me where it was inside screen. Said it should have been brought back i 30 days. IT WAS A CHRISTMAS PRESENT!!! Told me there was nothing they could do. I'm out a Monitor because this individual made a call without getting any one else to aid in decision. I have been a long time warranty service member and paid my annual premium faithfully. First time needing it For me it was a huge waist of money and so has spending time and money with Best Buy. NEVER EVER AGAIN.
